22 Inch Wheels and Rims

About 22 Inch Wheels and Rims

Twenty twos are the SUV and show size. They fill an arch like nothing else and you pay for it in unsprung weight and ride quality, which is a trade plenty of people don't mind making.

Diameter is the easy part. Width and offset are what rub, so tell us the car and you'll only see the sets that clear the brakes and the fenders.

Common questions

What is a 22 inch wheel good for?

Big SUVs, and muscle cars that go staggered. The sidewall is short and the wheel is heavy, so ride quality and unsprung weight are what you trade for the look.

Will 22 inch wheels fit your car?

Pick yours up top and you'll see it straight away. The brake behind the wheel sets the small end, and width and offset decide the rest.

What tire sizes go on 22 inch wheels?

That depends on the wheel width and on your car. Add tires to a set and we'll size them to the wheel and to your car. They turn up mounted and balanced.

Which width should I run in 22 inch?

Start at the factory width, or a touch more if you want it flush. Wider than that wants a lower offset, and the widest sizes are rear widths on staggered sets. Tell us the car and you'll see which ones clear.
