Free shipping on qualifying orders anywhere in the US. Wheel and tire packages leave mounted and balanced and ship truck freight, covered in transit.
Is shipping free?
Yes on qualifying orders, anywhere in the US, and the products that qualify wear the free shipping badge. We ship with FedEx, UPS, USPS and R+L Carriers. Wheel and tire packages are oversized, so they go truck freight instead of ground. That's slower, and it's a lot gentler on the boxes.
Do packages come mounted and balanced?
Yes. Every wheel and tire package gets mounted and balanced here before it ships, so it turns up assembled and all you do is bolt it on and set the torque. That step adds a little time, and each product shows its own window so you know before you pay.
Can you ship to APO, FPO or outside the US?
Individual wheels and accessories can. Wheel and tire packages can't, because of USPS size and weight limits. International orders are welcome, and any duties and taxes at the border are on you.
What does shipping protection cover?
Assure Shipping Protection is on by default in the cart and it covers your order if it's lost, stolen or damaged in transit, at full replacement value instead of the carrier's cap of roughly $100. It covers porch theft after delivery too. To claim, email [email protected] with the subject "Assure Claim". Damage needs photos within 48 hours of delivery, theft needs a police report, and most claims land inside 24 to 48 business hours. It's package protection, not a wheel warranty.
What if a box shows up beat up?
Look everything over on delivery, note damage with the driver, and send us photos of the wheel and the box within 48 hours. Anything defective or damaged gets a prepaid return label from us.
