Wheel fitment FAQ: square vs staggered, offset, hub rings, TPMS, sales tax and running your own tires, answered by the crew that checks the cars.
Square or staggered?
Square means the same wheel size front and rear. Staggered means wider wheels in the back. Some cars need one or the other, some will take both, and the site only offers what fits yours.
What is offset?
Offset is how far the wheel's mounting face sits from its centerline, in millimeters. A lower offset pushes the wheel out toward the fender. We only show you offsets that work on your submodel, so you don't have to do the math.
Do I need hub rings?
If the wheel's center bore is bigger than your hub, yes. Hub centric rings fill the gap so the wheel sits true and doesn't shake at speed. We add them to your cart when a set needs them, and a set that needs rings still counts as a correct fit under the guarantee.
Will my TPMS work?
Yes. We carry OE compatible sensors and install them in packages. Some cars want a relearn afterward, and most tire shops and dealers do that in minutes.
Can I run my own tires?
Yes. Buy wheels only, or add a tire package and we'll mount and balance before it ships.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax follows the state the order ships to. You'll see it at checkout before you pay.
Is this a real shop?
Yes. It's a 34,000 square foot shop in Chandler, Arizona. The crew's been fitting wheels since 2003, and we've held a BBB A+ rating since 2009.
