Wheel and tire warranty: manufacturer coverage with the claim handled by us. Most wheel brands cover the finish for a year and the structure for life.
TunerMob doesn't sell its own warranty. Wheels and tires carry the manufacturer's warranty and we handle the claim for you. A defective item gets replaced with the same product, no substitutions. Clearance items are often discontinued and carry no warranty at all.
What does a typical wheel warranty cover?
Most brands cover the finish for a year and the structure for life, against manufacturer defects. Tire warranties change by brand and by model, so it's worth checking the manufacturer for yours.
What is not covered?
Bent wheels and road damage. Potholes aren't a defect, and we don't run a road hazard program. Shipping damage is a separate thing, and that's what Assure Shipping Protection is for.
How do I start a claim?
Call 800.242.9883 or email [email protected] with your order number and photos. We'll take it from there with the manufacturer.
