Vossen wheels and rims

62 products

Vossen made its name on the CV series and then moved the volume over to Hybrid Forged. Don't let the name throw you. HF is Vossen's word for flow forming, where the center's cast and then the barrel gets spun under heat until it's thinner and denser. That's what's holding up the HF-3 you've seen on a Model S.

About Vossen wheels and rims

Shopping on price? Start with HFX. Same process, less money, and the sizes go small enough to put a Vossen on a Civic or a GTI for the first time. If you want the deeper concave and the tinted finishes, that's when you step up to HF. Vossen's a Miami company and it still runs its forged program there.

You're paying for the finish here as much as the wheel, and gloss black with a double tint is the one people ask for by name. Here's the catch. A tinted clear is hard to touch up, so open every box the day it lands and photograph anything that looks off before you sign for it.

Common questions

What does Hybrid Forged mean on Vossen wheels
It's flow forming with a Vossen name on it. The wheel starts as a casting, then steel rollers stretch and compress the barrel under heat. You end up with a rim that has forged grain and a face that's still cast. It lands between a cast wheel and a real monoblock on weight, and it lands there on price too.
Do Vossen HF-5 wheels come in 5x120 for a BMW
Yes, that's one of the main drillings for it, so an F generation 3 Series or 5 Series is sorted. The bolt pattern is the easy part, though. Brakes are where BMW fitments go sideways, and an M Sport caliper eats more room than a spec sheet suggests. Give us the year and trim and the list keeps to the sizes that miss it.
Which Vossen wheel is cheapest
The HFX series, and it isn't a downgrade. Same flow formed process as HF for less money, and it comes in small enough diameters that a Civic Si can wear one. What you give up is the deeper concave and the tinted finishes. Want mesh instead? The cast CV10 sits in between.
