Do I need hub centric rings for 6x120 wheels?

Usually, yes. Aftermarket wheels are bored bigger than the hub so one wheel fits a lot of cars, and the ring fills that gap so the wheel sits on the hub instead of hanging on the lugs. Skip it and you'll chase a shake at highway speed. Order the rings with the set when the bore is bigger than your hub.
