6x139.7 is the pattern on the C-2500 (1988 to 2000), the K-1500 (1988 to 1998) and the K-2500 (1988 to 2000), and on 2 more of the cars we fit. 6x5.5 is the same pattern in inches, so a wheel sold as 6x5.5 fits 6x139.7 hubs. GM half ton trucks, the Tacoma and 4Runner and the Nissan Titan all run 6x139.7, so the designs in it are truck wheels first. Hub bores on this pattern run 78.1, 100.1 and 108 mm across those cars, and most aftermarket wheels are bored larger, so a set of hub rings closes the gap and takes the vibration out.
679 designs on this site are drilled for 6x139.7, 14 to 28 inch, most of them 22 inch (460 designs) and 20 inch (300 designs). Bolt pattern gets the wheel onto the hub. Width and offset decide whether it clears the caliper and tucks under the fender, so pick your car and the page keeps only the sets that clear, with the aggressive stance option if you want poke.
