Full value protection

Standard carrier liability usually caps out around $100. For a set of wheels that's a big gap. Assure covers the entire replacement value of your order, so what you spent is covered from our dock to your door.

Theft and porch piracy

Standard shipping stops covering your order the moment it's delivered. If tracking shows a drop off and the boxes are gone, the carrier denies the claim. Assure protects you after delivery too.

Theft protocol: to keep a theft claim valid, file a police report with your local department and send us the case number. We can't process a theft claim without it.

Expedited claims

Most carriers take 30 days or more to investigate. With Assure we skip that queue. Once you've sent the paperwork, we review and resolve the case within 24 to 48 business hours.

Immediate replacement

Once a claim is approved we don't wait. Your replacement order gets prioritized and shipped right away, so the car is back on the road while we settle the carrier dispute ourselves.

How to file a claim

Email [email protected] with the subject "Assure Claim" and your order number. Damage claims need photos of the packaging and the item within 48 hours of delivery. Theft claims need the police report number. Lost package claims need nothing more than the order number.

Terms

Assure Shipping Protection is a voluntary service agreement provided by TunerMob. It is not an insurance policy. By adding Assure to an order you agree that it replaces standard carrier claims. Liability is limited to replacing the items ordered, or a full refund if they are no longer available. Damage must be reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery. The fee is 1.75% of the merchandise in the order with a $1.99 minimum, shown in the cart before you pay, and can be switched off there.
