Honda Civic wheels and rims

1272 designs fit a 1980+ Honda Civic at stock height. Pick your year and trim and the list gets exact.

Looking for wheels for your Civic? Plenty fits, and we've already sorted out which ones clear. Most people go one of two ways. Daily drivers step up a size and go a little wider so the tire fills the arch. Si and Type R owners go the other way for sidewall and a lighter corner. Tell us the year and trim and you'll only see wheels that bolt on.

The hub's where Civic fitments go sideways. Most aftermarket wheels are drilled bigger than the Civic's 64.1 mm hub, so plan on rings from the start instead of chasing a shake at highway speed later. Tenth and eleventh gen cars read wheel speed through the ABS sensors, so there's nothing to move over to the new set and no sensor to buy.

Bolt patterns split by trim, and that's what catches people buying used. EG and EK hatches are 4x100. Everything from the eighth gen on moved to 5x114.3, with one exception. The Type R runs 5x120 with bigger studs, so a set that fits your friend's Si won't go anywhere near your hub.

Common questions

What bolt pattern is a 2018 Civic
It's 5x114.3, unless you've got the Type R. The hub's 64.1 mm, smaller than most wheels are drilled, so order rings with the set. A Type R is 5x120 with bigger nuts, so an Si wheel won't sit on that hub at all. Check the trim before you fall for a design.
Will 18x9.5 +38 fit a 10th gen Civic
Depends on how the car sits, so tell us that first. A 9.5 usually means a lowered car with the liner tabs trimmed and the tire pulled in a touch. The fender decides width and the caliper decides the rest. Pick your trim and ride height up top and we'll only show what clears.
Do I need hub rings for Konig wheels on a Civic
Yes, if the wheel bore is bigger than your hub, and on most Konig designs it is. The ring centers the wheel so the lugs aren't doing that job. It's the difference between a smooth highway run and a shake you chase for months. Order the rings with the set and press them in before the first mount.
Can I run Type R wheels on a Civic Si
Not without changing the pattern. Type Rs are 5x120 and the Si is 5x114.3, so the factory wheel won't line up. Going the other way, a wheel that clears an Si caliper still has to miss the Type R's Brembo front. Pick the Type R up top and anything that fouls that caliper drops off the list.
