Are Aodhan wheels flow formed

Some are, and it's worth asking which. Most of the numbered AH mesh designs get a barrel that's rolled after casting, and so does the DS-X. The DS07 and the DS02 are conventional castings. The flow formed ones cost a little more for the lighter rim, and the AH numbers are where you'll find them.

Will Aodhan DS07 fit a 350Z

Yes, and you'll see it on plenty of them, usually as a wide staggered set. Which offset you take is what matters here, because Aodhan sells them everywhere from flush to a real poke. Set your Z up top and you'll see which fit at stock height and which clear the Brembo option. The rest want a roll.
