About 35x12.50R15 tires
A 35x12.50R15 is sold the way a truck owner thinks about it, by how tall it stands rather than by a metric width. A tire size only means something next to a wheel width and a car, because the wheel decides what'll mount and the car decides what'll fit.
Tell us the car and the wheel set and you'll only see the 35x12.50R15 lines that mount and fit.
Common questions
- What does 35x12.50R15 mean?
- Height first, then width, then the wheel it goes on. So it's a 35 inch tire, 12.50 inches across the tread, and the R just means it's a radial like everything else on the road. If you see it written 318/80R15 somewhere, that's the same tire in metric.
- Will 35x12.50R15 fit your car?
- Tell us the year, make and model and you'll only see sizes that suit it. The wheel has to be wide enough to carry the tread, and the overall height has to stay near where the car started.
- What wheel width fits 35x12.50R15?
- It's a range, not one number, and every product page shows what that line's maker approves. Pick a wheel set first and the sizes narrow to it.
