Falken tires

26 products

Falken owns the affordable end of the 200 treadwear class. The RT660 is the quicker one, and it ran the autocross grids until Bridgestone turned up. It's trading tread life to get there. Does your Miata drive to the event and drive home? Then the RT615K+ wears longer and it's the smarter buy.

About Falken tires

On the street, the Azenis FK510 is the one to cross shop against a Pilot Sport 4S for a lot less money. Only want one set of tires a year? Take the FK460, which is the all season version. If it's the Wildpeak truck tires you're after, those live on our off road site.

There's a size here for a Miata and a size here for a Mustang, and the RT615K+ comes in the widths a square track setup wants. Save your car and you'll see only what matches your wheel width and holds the diameter near stock.

Common questions

What is the difference between Falken RT660 and RT615K+
The RT660 is faster and the RT615K+ lasts longer. Both are 200 treadwear class tires and both run in the same autocross classes. The RT660 heats up quicker and grips harder in the dry, then wears out sooner, and there's no way around that trade. The RT615K+ is the one for a car that also gets driven.
Is the Falken Azenis FK510 a summer tire
Yes, and it shouldn't see cold or snow. It's the Falken for a Mustang GT, a WRX or a 3 Series running a summer set. Only want one set of tires a year? Take the FK460, which is the all season version with the same tread idea and a compound that still works below freezing.
