Eibach is the spring you put on a car you've still got to drive to work. The Pro Kit is the daily drop. It's a progressive rate spring, it takes about an inch out of the fender gap, and it keeps your stock dampers. Want it lower and firmer? That's the Sportline.

About Eibach suspension parts

The springs are cold formed and powder coated, in Germany and at the US plant in Corona, California, and they don't sag. Is the complaint body roll rather than ride height? Buy the Anti Roll Kit bars instead. They fix that without changing how the car sits or what your wheels clear.

Here's the part people forget. Drop a car far enough and the camber goes negative past what the factory adjustment can pull back. Your inside tire edge pays for it within a few thousand miles. Eibach builds the Pro Alignment hardware for the common platforms, and a big drop is what calls for it.

Common questions

What is the difference between Eibach Pro Kit and Sportline
Drop and firmness. The Pro Kit is the milder one, around an inch on most cars, with a progressive rate that stays close to stock in normal driving. The Sportline goes lower with a firmer rate. Both run on stock dampers. Pro Kit's the daily answer and Sportline's for a car that sits more than it commutes.
Do I need new shocks with Eibach lowering springs
Not with the Pro Kit on a car with healthy dampers, because the drop is small enough that your stock shock stays inside its working range. The Sportline pushes it closer to its limit and wears it out faster. On a high mileage car, or either kit on a car that gets driven hard, that's when the Pro Damper earns its money.
Will Eibach Pro Kit springs void my warranty
Not on their own. In the US a dealer has to show the part caused the failure before denying a claim, and a spring doesn't make an engine or a transmission let go. A dealer can decline a suspension claim on a lowered car, and that's fair enough. Eibach warranties the springs against sagging and breakage.
