Every set we send out can leave with pressure sensors already fitted, programmed and balanced in, so the dash stops nagging the day the wheels go on. The sensors we carry are programmable universals from EMS, and they're set to your car before the tire goes over them. Your factory sensors stay in the factory wheels, which is what you want if that set's going in the garage or up for sale.
The catch is the relearn, and it's different on every make. Some cars pick up new sensor IDs on their own after a few miles. Some want a sequence from the driver seat, a pressure drop at each corner in order, or a menu on the dash. Some want a tool at the car to write the IDs into the module. The product page for your car spells out which one applies.
A blinking light means a sensor problem and a solid light means low pressure, and both turn up when a set arrives with sensors nobody programmed. Bought wheels somewhere else? We carry the sensors loose, and every one of them gets programmed to your car at install. Batteries are sealed, so a dead sensor gets replaced rather than repaired, and you'll find the service kit listed beside it.
